I put together a competitive co-ed Ultimate team called The Strangers, which these practices will be focusing on. I will continue to keep these practices open to anyone.

- CUA (Colorado Ultimate Association)
- Draft, Full Team
- Play 1-2 times/week for ~9 weeks
- Fall, Winter, Spring
- DSUL (Denver Summer Ultimate League)
- Draft (partners or alone)
- Play 1 time/week for ~9 weeks as well as Disc, Jersey, Beer and all day Saturday tournament at the end.

- Play 1-2 times/week for ~8 weeks as well as Jersey

- Play 2 times/week for ~7 weeks, as well as party at end of season
